"Stress is no stranger to the members of Marketing Team 3 of the home-appliance department at the Gaus Electronics headquarters. The firm is a busy multinational company, but this is a team that most workers dream of getting out of - and where chaos is no stranger! Some 10 employees make up the team. These include Lee Sang-sik, a man with a positive personality who often misjudges his coworkers' moods, causing trouble as a result! There is also Cha Na-rae, the hot-tempered assistant manager! Also among their number is Baek Ma-tan, the heir of the owners of Gaus Electronics' fiercest rival – Power Group. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and has never known hardship. But he shocked his entire family when he decided to join Gaus as a junior employee! His polar opposite is Geon Kang-mi, who comes from more modest origins and has always tried to pull herself up by her bootstraps - pushing herself to succeed at every step (although she does have a tendency to change when she drinks alcohol!). While they seem to have very little in common at first, they slowly begin to form a bond, with possible sparks of romance in the air! Will any of the marketing team succeed in escaping? Or will they eventually find a way to quell the workplace chaos?"

These all have edited "soft" English captions; that is, English subtitles are part of the MKV files and the subtitles can be enabled or disabled as you wish.
I downloaded the source videos like "Gaus.Electronics.S01E01.1080p.LineTV.WEB-DL.H264.AAC-PTerWEB.mkv" and obtained Viki's subtitles for the series, which honestly were pretty cluttered, cramming too much text into very little time, and therefore very difficult to use in watching the series. I...
- Used a linear video editor in episode 1 to blur "flipping the bird" at 4:42 and 11:23
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280
- Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments
- Converted titles like hubae, sunbae, nuna, adjussi, ajumma to the addressed person's name, or removed if unnecessary
- Removed a multitude of stutters like "y-you"
- Removed detailed explanations of Korean terms or idioms, since there is no time to read these while watching
- Removed unnecessary ellipses, or changed to commas or periods, and capitalized next word after a valid ellipsis
- Fixed line breaks on unnatural phrase breaks
- Removed most gutteral words like "Oh", "Huh", and "Whoa" that needed no translation
- Removed useless phrases like "reason why"
- Removed phrases like "by his/her/my/your side", or changed to "with him/her/me/you" or "stick with him/her/me/you" or "closely"
- Removed cluttered TV captions which redundantly stated the same information as the TV announcer is speaking
- Naturalized the English phrasing to retain fluid grammar by reducing sentence-initial conjunctions
- Colored all media, signs, and flashback subtitles to salmon, yellow, and teal respectively
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles
"Profanity is the parlance of the fool. Why curse when there is such a magnificent language with which to discourse?"
- Theodore Roosevelt
