The appid can either be spacewar or toxikk (324810) 3. Open game from bin/bg3_dx11.exe 4. Multiplayer->either enter rooms from other toxikk clients or direct connect. Friend invites on steam also work. Also there is a bug that if your screen size is too small (1400×900 or smaller), you won’t see direct connect box. To temporarily fix it, go window mode, smaller size than your cap, resize manually the window horizontally, you will now see the direct connect button in multiplayer tab
